Returns - Exchanges – Refunds at

You may return any defective product ordered on the website for exchange or a full refund within 07 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, together with their purchase invoice.

Returning a defective product for exchange or refund is free. In order to do this, you must return the article to us via our carrier DHL/FEDX etc by using our system of a pre-paid return label which would be generated and forwarded by us, after ascertaining all facts. Kindly intimate us via email immediately on any discrepancy or defect and we will guide you on the process.

Absolute photographs every piece that it dispatches. Your product is first photographed and then packed. The photo is kept with us for our records.The photograph  will have a date and time.

No dispatch of a product takes place if any irregularity is found. The chances of dispatching a defective piece are slim to none .However should an error creep up please return the piece and we shall offer you a new piece or something similar of the same cost. Please do not wear the item or damage it .Kindly please photograph the item and send us the info via e-mail, immediately.

Any bespoke product ordered on the or a personalized product cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Should the item be defective we will replace it free. Your item will also be replaced if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc).In this case please see Exactness policy in Terms Of Use.

If you ask for a refund for a defective item, will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card or any other legal means that will help you get your money back.
Items with any spots, dirt or stains or pilling not caused by us will not be accepted for return. In this case the customer will have to pay all the shipping and insurance costs for any returned or exchanged items, including the original shipping cost  as the item was shipped to you free of charge is not responsible for items lost in the mail thus Delivery Confirmation service is highly suggested to avoid such issues.
